The MIC 10 Series of portable hardness testers that weigh less than 11 ounces

Operates on 2 standard "AA" batteries

Operation based on the UCI Principle

Test in any direction.

A selection of interchangeable probes are available having loads from .1 to 10.0 kgf, to vary the indentation size from one that can not be visually detected  to a larger indentation required for testing coarse grain materials. 

Advanced Instrument Features:

Scales HRC, HRB, HB, HV and Tensile Strength with MIC-2010 probe only

A single key press toggles between display of average or single values

Easy to read backlighted LCD display

HI/LO alarms

Microdur Probe Models and Styles: 
 

Ten Probe models in four styles and with loads from .1 kgf to 10 kgf are available.
Calibration parameters specific for each probe are stored internally. This allows the operator to freely interchange probes with the instrument.
