Accommodation Support POB Administrators x4 - 23RD FEBRUARY 

Start Date: 23.02.16

Location: Ghana

Duration: We are looking for 4 suitable candidates that will working a 4-4 rotation, 2 and 2 together.

Work Scope:

• Act as focal point on the vessel for the request (via spreadsheet email) for personnel to be transferred to the FPSO
• Ensure all requested personnel are transferred to/from the FPSO efficiently
• Maintain a live and accurate POB register on the vessel at all times
• Coordinate and manage all crew changes, including COMPANY personnel, on/off the vessel
• Act as focal point for all welfare issues of IHUC personnel resident on the vessel – including food, IT and management of cabin allocation
• Coordinate with the TEN vessel representative provide additional ad hoc administrative support as/when required.
